What you will drive
- Balance demand capture and generation across paid and unpaid channels to convert in-market homeowners and build category awareness.
- Own the non-paid acquisition mix including organic social, AI/LLM discovery, and creator/community presence.
- Oversee Google Business Profile across all markets and build the always-on paid engine with audience architecture, bidding, and creative cadence.
- Partner with Product Marketing on landing-page and quote-flow conversion optimization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-8 years in Growth, Performance, or Paid Acquisition owning Meta + Google budgets; considered-purchase B2C (climate, home services, or trades) a major plus.
- Built paid acquisition as a system (audience infra, creative pipeline, testing cadence, attribution), not just run campaigns.
- Range across paid and unpaid channels including organic social, creator, community, or earned channels.
- Working fluency in SEO and content fundamentals.
