What you will drive

  • Lead audience growth and acquisition across social media, email, web, creator, ambassador, and partner channels targeting 14-24-year-olds.
  • Implement conversion-focused digital experiences, including landing pages, user journeys, and testing strategies to drive civic action participation.
  • Track and analyze audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance to optimize marketing funnels and inform strategy.
  • Manage distribution strategies for major initiatives like &You and College Presidents for Civic Preparedness, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, audience development, digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success growing audiences across social, email, website, creator, or partner channels.
  • Strong experience with SEO, website optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
