What you will drive

  • Lead the design and execution of customer-facing engagements including account planning workshops, strategy sessions, and executive briefings to drive business growth.
  • Support Group Account Managers in shaping, coordinating, and tracking key opportunities, ensuring cross-BU collaboration and alignment with the One Hitachi account plan.
  • Develop executive narratives, customer-specific value propositions, and strategic discussion materials for CXO-level interactions.
  • Drive post-engagement momentum by aligning stakeholders, tracking strategic actions, and ensuring continuity between engagements and deal progression.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing as an Account Manager, Sales Program execution, or Sales Support Specialist.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical ability to build relationships and manage multiple deadlines.
