Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the design and execution of customer-facing engagements including account planning workshops, strategy sessions, and executive briefings to drive business growth.
- Support Group Account Managers in shaping, coordinating, and tracking key opportunities, ensuring cross-BU collaboration and alignment with the One Hitachi account plan.
- Develop executive narratives, customer-specific value propositions, and strategic discussion materials for CXO-level interactions.
- Drive post-engagement momentum by aligning stakeholders, tracking strategic actions, and ensuring continuity between engagements and deal progression.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing as an Account Manager, Sales Program execution, or Sales Support Specialist.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence internally and externally.
- Strong analytical ability to build relationships and manage multiple deadlines.
