Graphic Designer

• Develop and design creative materials for social media, presentations, email invitations, postcards, publications, event collateral, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create strategic solutions to designs and workflows across all of Civic Nation's initiatives.
• Maintain brand guidelines, templates, iconography, typography, illustrations, and visual imagery.
• Organize and deliver final files for both print and digital assets.

This role helps strengthen civic culture and participation by creating compelling visual materials that support Civic Nation's initiatives in voter engagement, campus democracy, and social justice.

• 4+ years of experience creating graphic design work for both print and digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color theory, and design principles.

The salary range is $73,000-$78,000 annually. Benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, paid family & medical leave, access to a 401k plan, and continued health insurance coverage beyond the program end date.
