Mission
What you will drive
- Design and produce high-quality visual materials that translate complex legal, investigative, and analytical content into clear, accessible graphics for Justice Bootcamps, mentorship activities, donor reporting, and the Digital Justice Hub.
- Develop infographics, diagrams, flowcharts, timelines, process maps, and other explanatory visuals to enhance understanding and engagement among justice sector practitioners.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create visuals for e-learning modules and training materials, ensuring alignment with PEJ’s communication standards and educational objectives.
- Maintain visual consistency across all project materials by developing templates, style guides, and reusable design components.

This role directly supports the pursuit of justice for victims of mass atrocities by creating clear, accessible visual materials that strengthen the capacity of frontline justice actors in Ukraine to investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in graphic design, visual communication, information design, data visualization, multimedia design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or data visualization roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling materials.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and visualization tools; strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and information design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Ukrainian is strongly preferred.
