Mission

What you will drive

  • Assist in the administration of grants and funded projects, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
  • Help manage databases related to grants, including updating records and generating reports.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly grant invoices, reporting, and reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger.
  • Support quarterly and annual grant financial and statistical reporting, and preparation for audits and monitoring visits.

What makes you a great fit

  • AS or AA Degree in Accounting or 4+ years of experience in non-profit applied accounting principles.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Abila or similar accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
