Mission
What you will drive
- Assist in the administration of grants and funded projects, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
- Help manage databases related to grants, including updating records and generating reports.
- Assist with preparation of monthly grant invoices, reporting, and reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger.
- Support quarterly and annual grant financial and statistical reporting, and preparation for audits and monitoring visits.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- AS or AA Degree in Accounting or 4+ years of experience in non-profit applied accounting principles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Abila or similar accounting software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
