What you will drive

  • Manage the full grant and donor lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal development, grant tracking, reporting, and stewardship.
  • Serve as membership liaison, overseeing membership processes, outreach campaigns, and engagement efforts.
  • Support special projects and events, including logistics for meetings, sessions, and donor events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a grants, development, or advancement office; grantwriting experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; experience with social media content creation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana), database systems (e.g., Little Green Light), Google Suite, and design software (e.g., Adobe, Canva) preferred.
