What you will drive

  • Draft LOIs, narrative grant proposals, and reports for private foundations, corporate foundations, and government agencies.
  • Identify and evaluate new funding opportunities aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Develop and refine reusable proposal templates, case statements, and boilerplate content.
  • Research, write, and edit tailored grant proposals and letters of inquiry.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of grant writing experience, preferably with environmental, waterfront, or urban advocacy organizations.
  • Demonstrated success securing grants from foundations, government agencies, and/or corporate funders.
  • Strong research, writing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
