What you will drive

  • Research and identify new grant funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and other agencies.
  • Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, concept notes, and progress reports aligned with FAMM's criminal justice reform priorities.
  • Manage grant compliance, tracking, and database updates in EveryAction.
  • Collaborate with development and financial staff to ensure accurate budgets and reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Philanthropy, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven grant writing experience with a track record of securing small, medium, and large grants.
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases.
  • Ability to translate complex justice system issues into persuasive narratives.
