What you will drive
- Research and identify new grant funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and other agencies.
- Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, concept notes, and progress reports aligned with FAMM's criminal justice reform priorities.
- Manage grant compliance, tracking, and database updates in EveryAction.
- Collaborate with development and financial staff to ensure accurate budgets and reporting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Philanthropy, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven grant writing experience with a track record of securing small, medium, and large grants.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases.
- Ability to translate complex justice system issues into persuasive narratives.
