Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as primary liaison between conservation programs in Arizona/New Mexico and the Accounting/Compliance department, performing accounting and grants compliance tasks including invoicing, cash applications, financial reporting, and grants administration.
- Assist program staff in developing budgets for proposals, preparing invoices and financial reports for funders, monitoring available funds, and ensuring grant compliance.
- Maintain grant schedules, prepare compliance forms (e.g., SF425, SF270), and support grant reconciliation and close-out processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in business, accounting, or related field required.
- 3โ5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Understanding of nonprofit grant accounting functions and experience administering federal/state grants.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
