Global Manufacturing Process Lead - Transformer Cores Fabrication

• Define, lead, and continuously improve end-to-end engineering and manufacturing processes for transformer magnetic cores globally.
• Standardize core manufacturing processes including lamination handling, cutting, stacking, core assembly, clamping, insulation interfaces, losses control, and dimensional accuracy.
• Drive Lean, Digital Transformation, and Value Stream improvements to ensure speed, quality, and robustness of magnetic core processes.
• Collaborate with Factory Engineering Process Managers, Digital Transformation Leads, Platform/Tool teams, and Supply Chain to deploy best practices worldwide.

This role ensures that transformer cores are manufactured efficiently and consistently worldwide, reducing energy losses and improving the reliability of power distribution, which supports the global transition to sustainable energy.

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or equivalent long-term practical experience.
• Extensive experience in engineering or manufacturing environments with deep exposure to magnetic cores or transformer manufacturing.
• Strong background in process engineering and continuous improvement, with experience leading complex initiatives across functions and countries.
• Proficient with digital tools supporting engineering and production, and ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
