Mission
What you will drive
- Define, lead, and continuously improve end-to-end engineering and manufacturing processes for transformer magnetic cores globally.
- Standardize core manufacturing processes including lamination handling, cutting, stacking, core assembly, clamping, insulation interfaces, losses control, and dimensional accuracy.
- Drive Lean, Digital Transformation, and Value Stream improvements to ensure speed, quality, and robustness of magnetic core processes.
- Collaborate with Factory Engineering Process Managers, Digital Transformation Leads, Platform/Tool teams, and Supply Chain to deploy best practices worldwide.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or equivalent long-term practical experience.
- Extensive experience in engineering or manufacturing environments with deep exposure to magnetic cores or transformer manufacturing.
- Strong background in process engineering and continuous improvement, with experience leading complex initiatives across functions and countries.
- Proficient with digital tools supporting engineering and production, and ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
