What you will drive
- Lead global communications strategy, ensuring regional campaigns align with CSF's core brand identity and coordinating with in-country communications staff.
- Serve as final editor for all external materials, overseeing production of publications like Annual Reports, Newsletters, Policy Briefs, and press releases.
- Direct multi-channel digital marketing, managing websites, CRM (HubSpot), email campaigns, and multimedia libraries to drive audience engagement.
- Coordinate marketing for the Numbers for Nature Training Institute, supporting recruitment and alumni network cultivation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, marketing, or public relations with a proven track record of managing a brand's public voice.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and building capacity within a team, preferably across multiple geographic locations or diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) for audience segmentation and email marketing, plus hands-on experience with web platforms and CMS.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into compelling narratives; sharp editing and proofreading skills.
