Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the strategic development, governance, and overall leadership of the FGM Global Action Fund.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, financial management, grantmaking, and team building.
  • Drive fundraising and cultivate partnerships with donors, stakeholders, and movement leaders.
  • Ensure trauma-informed, care-centered engagement with survivors and frontline activists.

This role directly contributes to ending female genital mutilation (FGM) by driving resources at scale to survivor- and frontline-led movements, strengthening the global movement for change.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including 7+ years in a senior executive role in non-profit, NGO, social impact, or public sector.
  • Proven success in fundraising and donor relationship management.
  • Experience in grantmaking and/or fund management.
  • Knowledge of girls/womenโ€™s rights, international development, global health, gender-based violence, or sexual health and reproductive rights.
