Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide high-level financial oversight, compliance management, and strategic financial clarity for the organization.
  • Serve as primary internal liaison to outsourced accounting firm, review monthly financial statements, and ensure accurate monthly close.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and prepare financial materials for Board and Finance Committee meetings.
  • Manage multi-state employer tax compliance, maintain compliance calendar, and strengthen internal financial controls.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of nonprofit financial management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with outsourced accounting firms and overseeing multi-state employer compliance.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets; CPA preferred.
