Mission
What you will drive
- Provide high-level financial oversight, compliance management, and strategic financial clarity for the organization.
- Serve as primary internal liaison to outsourced accounting firm, review monthly financial statements, and ensure accurate monthly close.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and prepare financial materials for Board and Finance Committee meetings.
- Manage multi-state employer tax compliance, maintain compliance calendar, and strengthen internal financial controls.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of nonprofit financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards.
- Experience managing or coordinating with outsourced accounting firms and overseeing multi-state employer compliance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets; CPA preferred.
