About This Role

As the Founding Customer Success Lead, you will be the primary link between Marble and its installer customers, owning the entire relationship from onboarding to ongoing support. Your insights from the field will directly shape product priorities, ensuring Marble’s tools solve real problems. This role is critical for building trust and driving adoption among tradespeople who are skeptical of software promises.

💡 A Day in the Life

Your day might start with a call with a new installer to walk them through onboarding, then you’ll visit a site to observe an installation and note any workflow friction. After lunch, you’ll review AI-generated scope documents for accuracy, compile feedback for the product team, and follow up with an installer who had a compliance issue. You’ll end the day updating the customer pipeline and planning next week’s site visits.
