Mission

What you will drive

Opportunity Summary Gen G is looking for a Founding Community Growth Builder to help bring our first real users to the platform, create and distribute engaging content, start conversations, test acquisition channels, and build repeatable systems for turning attention into registrations and active participation. Gen G is an early-stage global social discussion platform being built to give people a place to discover, share, debate, and participate in genuine conversations across interests, culture, entertainment, news, lifestyle, and more. We are looking for a Founding Community Growth Builder to join our early team and help build Gen G's first growth engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on growth role. Your primary mission will be to bring new users to Gen G, get them to participate, and help us discover repeatable ways to grow the platform. Responsibilities Research where potential Gen G users already gather online. Identify relevant communities, platforms, audiences, trends, and conversations. Identify trending and discussion-worthy topics that can attract attention to Gen G. Create and publish engaging discussions, questions, polls, and other content on Gen G. Curate relevant trends and conversations and turn them into original Gen G discussions. Share Gen G content through appropriate social platforms, communities, and online channels. Find ethical and non-spammy ways to introduce Gen G to relevant audiences. Develop and execute user-acquisition and community-growth experiments. Test different content, outreach, referral, distribution, and growth strategies. Work with other Founding Builders to turn interesting discussions into shareable content. Track the journey from attention → visits → registrations → participation → returning users . Track registrations, first contributions, engagement, and retention. Report results, lessons, and recommendations to the founding team. Identify what works, what doesn't, and why. Help turn successful experiments into repeatable user-acquisition and growth systems. Work independently while collaborating with the Founder and other Founding Builders. Qualifications Curious, proactive, reliable, and self-motivated. Interested in online communities, startups, digital culture, marketing, content, or growth. Comfortable researching and experimenting independently. Familiarity with platforms such as X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, forums, or similar communities is helpful. Able to create or contribute to engaging online content and discussions. Comfortable communicating with online communities and audiences. Able to think creatively about how to attract and activate users. Able to communicate clearly and work toward measurable objectives. Previous startup or professional growth experience is welcome but not required . Demonstrated initiative matters more than job titles. What You Can Expect This is a genuine Founding Builder opportunity. You will not simply receive a list of routine tasks. You will have room to propose ideas, create content, run experiments, distribute content, analyze results, take ownership of growth initiatives, and directly influence how Gen G develops. Your work will directly contribute to answering one of our most important early-stage questions: How do we consistently bring new people to Gen G and turn them into active participants? Gen G currently has no capital or revenue and cannot provide a salary or stipend at this stage . We are building the initial team around a founding-builder model. Strong contributors may, based on sustained contribution, performance, and the future legal and financial structure of Gen G, be considered for future paid positions, sweat-equity/equity arrangements, revenue-sharing, or leadership opportunities. Any such arrangement would require a separate formal written agreement and is not guaranteed by participation in this opportunity. Time Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Location: Remote and open globally. We are looking for people who want to help build something from the beginning—not simply wait for instructions. If you are proactive, curious, creative, and excited about bringing the first real users to a new global social platform, we want to hear from you. The important change The role is now clearly responsible for the entire early growth loop: Find audiences → identify/create content → publish → distribute → attract visitors → get registrations → encourage participation → measure → improve → repeat.
