Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers and stakeholders, including regular in-person property visits, troubleshooting issues, and driving accountability.
  • Own all resident communications across the project lifecycle (enrollment, billing, issue resolution) and coordinate campaigns via email, mail, and SMS.
  • Build and manage communication timelines for new project launches, ensure smooth rollout of billing and customer experience, and create scalable playbooks and systems.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Based in California and willing to travel regularly to properties in California and beyond.
  • Highly autonomous, able to run with ambiguity and drive outcomes without constant direction.
  • Exceptional written communicator with strong organizational and execution skills; at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in solar, energy, real estate, or fintech; familiarity with communication tools (Mailjet, Twilio, Zendesk) and property management systems (AppFolio, Yardi).
