Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

• Own the full lifecycle of AI deployments within your assigned business division, from discovery and technical scoping through system design, build, and production rollout.
• Embed directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate domain requirements into technical solutions, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Architect, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI applications powered by large language models and generative AI, writing production-grade code across frontend and backend systems.
• Co-develop and enhance TP ICAP’s shared AI service platform, feeding field insights back to inform product roadmaps and model improvement.

This role drives the adoption of AI solutions that transform how TP ICAP operates, improving decision-making and efficiency in global financial markets, while shaping the future of AI deployment in a leading financial services firm.

• Expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and large language models with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluation frameworks.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python AI/ML frameworks and ability to write production-grade code across the full stack.
• Proven track record architecting and designing scalable solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
