Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead all VoteRiders programming in Florida, including partner outreach, voter ID education, and direct assistance to at-risk communities.
  • Develop and implement a state-specific strategic plan for partner engagement and policy monitoring related to voter ID laws.
  • Supervise the Florida State Organizer and manage state field programs, reporting, and budget.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in community organizing, coalition-building, or democracy space.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience, including managing staff and volunteers in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work with diverse communities.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite; willingness to travel within Florida and work irregular hours.
