Florida State Director

• Lead all VoteRiders programming in Florida, including partner outreach, voter ID education, and direct assistance to at-risk communities.
• Develop and implement a state-specific strategic plan for partner engagement and policy monitoring related to voter ID laws.
• Supervise the Florida State Organizer and manage state field programs, reporting, and budget.

This role directly helps ensure that Florida voters, especially those from marginalized communities, can obtain and use valid voter ID, thereby protecting their right to vote and strengthening democratic participation.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in community organizing, coalition-building, or democracy space.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience, including managing staff and volunteers in a remote environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work with diverse communities.
• Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite; willingness to travel within Florida and work irregular hours.

Starting salary $70,000 - $75,000/year.
