Financial Reporting Manager

• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead preparation and coordination of regulatory filings and ensure compliance with SOX and J-SOX requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and coordinate audit activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and close timelines.

This role ensures accurate financial reporting for a leading renewable energy company, enabling informed decision-making and investor confidence that accelerates the transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy sources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including public company or SEC-regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP financial statement disclosures and hands-on experience preparing financial statements.
• Proven experience with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).

Base salary range: $140,000 - $165,000. Total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
