Financial Controller

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee accounting quality control, internal audits, and cost optimization.
• Manage tax compliance, including 990 filings and tax consultation for expansion strategies.
• Track donations and grants, ensuring compliance and producing financial documentation for donors.

• CPA with primary experience in non-profit taxes.
• 5+ years in financial management overseeing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Expertise in GAAP and experience with both non-profit and for-profit taxes.
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
