What you will drive

  • Handle day-to-day finance operations for a portfolio of UK and US nonprofit clients, including bookkeeping, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable, payroll coordination, and financial reporting to support client compliance and decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement and internal documentation to enhance efficiency across the finance team.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of finance compliance or tax requirements in the UK, the US, or both.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across different clients.
