Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, installment plans, and donation tracking.
  • Process accounts payable including contractor payments, refunds, and bank wires.
  • Generate weekly and monthly financial reports (income breakdown, expenses, balance sheet, cashflow).
  • Conduct yearly forecasting and financial analysis.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of financial management experience, preferably in nonprofit.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks and accrual accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel; nice to have Rippling & Stripe.
