Mission
What you will drive
- Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, installment plans, and donation tracking.
- Process accounts payable including contractor payments, refunds, and bank wires.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports (income breakdown, expenses, balance sheet, cashflow).
- Conduct yearly forecasting and financial analysis.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of financial management experience, preferably in nonprofit.
- Expertise in QuickBooks and accrual accounting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in G-Suite, Excel; nice to have Rippling & Stripe.
