Finance and Operations Manager

Own the complete finance, operations, and HR administration for a growing nonprofit support organization.
- Run bookkeeping, month-end close, tax returns, payroll, and cash flow forecasting for the organization.
- Manage company secretarial compliance, statutory filings, insurance renewals, and corporate records.
- Draft and administer client service agreements, employment contracts, and contractor agreements.
- Requires recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience; UK payroll expertise essential.
- Practice background and contract administration experience preferred; remote role with UK South West preference.
