What you will drive
- Maintain clear and accurate data tables that meet a high standard for rigorous experimental design and execution.
- Analyze post-election data to generate insights into the effectiveness of Civic Nationโs programming.
- Cut and deliver universes for engagement and activation by Civic Nation and its partners, in compliance with our learning agenda.
- Support the identification and prioritization of sites for turnout programming, with experimental considerations in mind.

This role ensures rigorous experimental design and analysis for voter turnout programming, directly contributing to increasing voter participation and closing race and age voting gaps.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of work experience in an analyst role (including internships) or significant quantitative coursework, including but not limited to statistics, economics, modeling, regression analysis, or coding.
- Experience with SQL required.
- Experience with R or Python, and BigQuery preferred.
- Experience with geographic data analysis, experimental design, and causal inferences, and working with a comprehensive voter file, preferred.
