Exhibit and Sponsorship Coordinator

• Drive exhibitor sales and sponsorship revenue through prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals.
• Coordinate all sponsorship deliverables, ensuring timely fulfillment and maximizing sponsor value.
• Serve as primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate database records and streamline processes to enhance the customer journey.

This role directly supports the growth of the sign, graphics, and visual communications industry by facilitating successful trade shows and sponsorships that connect businesses, foster innovation, and drive economic activity.

• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot a plus), project management tools, and Google Docs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred; willingness to learn and take initiative.
