What you will drive
- Serve as the senior staff leader overseeing day-to-day operations and working closely with the President and Board of Directors to advance strategic priorities.
- Lead membership strategy, including recruitment, retention, engagement, and member communications.
- Oversee organizational budgeting, financial operations, and cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors and strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational systems and digital tools, ensuring organizational records and processes remain organized.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit management, association management, healthcare organizations, scientific societies, or other mission-driven organizations.
- Experience overseeing organizational operations, including programs, membership, communications, administration, and financial processes.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors, executive leadership, committees, and volunteer-based governance structures.
