Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the organization through its next phase of expansion, overseeing programs, financial growth, fundraising strategy, remote operations, consultants, and volunteer engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to expand the Foundation's reach, impact, and organizational capacity.
- Supervise volunteers, board members, and paid consultants while ensuring strong daily operations and full legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead annual fundraising strategy, manage the Foundation's budget, and support long-term financial sustainability.

This role directly expands support for survivors and families impacted by Munchausen by Proxy, a severe form of medical child abuse, by scaling resources, research, and professional training to address this misunderstood issue.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and at least three to five years of senior-level nonprofit management experience.
- Proven ability in donor cultivation, fundraising, grant writing, financial management, budgeting, governance, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, trauma-informed sensitivity, and ability to communicate complex medical and social issues to diverse audiences.
- Initiative to thrive in a fully remote environment and flexibility to travel for conferences, meetings, and donor engagement.
