Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead policy and legislative advocacy to end the death penalty in Indiana, building relationships with policymakers and coordinating coalition strategies.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson and public voice, engaging media, lawmakers, and community stakeholders through communications and public education.
  • Grow and strengthen grassroots supporter base, build coalitions with diverse organizations and faith communities, and support volunteer engagement.
  • Oversee organizational operations, including budgeting, fundraising, staff supervision, and board collaboration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and media engagement skills.
