What you will drive
- Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen community impact and support for child victims of sexual abuse.
- Lead fundraising efforts including capital campaign, donor stewardship, and diversified funding sources.
- Serve as primary spokesperson and advocate, building partnerships and enhancing organizational visibility.
- Establish internal systems, oversee budget, and manage board governance and staff development.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years senior nonprofit management experience with proven success in fundraising and organizational growth.
- Bachelor's degree required; degree or certification in Nonprofit Management or Fundraising highly desirable.
- Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; proficiency in donor management software and financial reporting.
- Experience leading organizational transitions (e.g., volunteer-led to staff-led) and building community relationships.
