Executive Director

• Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen community impact and support for child victims of sexual abuse.
• Lead fundraising efforts including capital campaign, donor stewardship, and diversified funding sources.
• Serve as primary spokesperson and advocate, building partnerships and enhancing organizational visibility.
• Establish internal systems, oversee budget, and manage board governance and staff development.

This role directly supports the safety, healing, and support of children and families impacted by sexual abuse and exploitation on Cape Cod and the Islands, ensuring critical resources and a state-of-the-art facility for decades to come.

• 5+ years senior nonprofit management experience with proven success in fundraising and organizational growth.
• Bachelor's degree required; degree or certification in Nonprofit Management or Fundraising highly desirable.
• Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; proficiency in donor management software and financial reporting.
• Experience leading organizational transitions (e.g., volunteer-led to staff-led) and building community relationships.

Fully remote position with frequent in-person events on Cape Cod and Islands. Opportunity to build a nonprofit from the ground up and lead a capital campaign. Salary not specified.
