Mission
What you will drive
- Lead day-to-day operations, compliance, financial administration, HR, fund development, and membership administration.
- Drive revenue growth for class programming, including RIE® Foundations™, RIE® Practicum™, and other courses.
- Oversee class revenue, set fees, enrollment targets, and revenue projections, and manage instructor/venue contracts.
- Manage intellectual property, inventory, and marketing strategy for class offerings.

- Excited to use AI tools and automation to run an efficient, lean organization.
- Nonprofit management experience and familiarity with membership-based or education-focused organizations are a plus.
