Mission
What you will drive
- Champion the mission and goals of CGB, including strategic giving and targeted activism, through unified communications and media presence.
- Lead organizational development and revenue raising, including strategic planning, membership growth, and major gift fundraising.
- Manage people development and organizational operations, including recruiting and retaining staff and volunteer leaders, budgeting, and compliance.
- Drive political strategy and implementation, including selecting priority races, developing programming, and maintaining partner relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Harvard affiliation or degree required.
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in political, advocacy, nonprofit, or movement-building organizations.
- Demonstrated success in securing and stewarding individual and major gifts.
- Strong understanding of electoral politics and commitment to electing Democrats and defending democratic institutions.
