Executive Director

• Coordinate and attend Board of Directors meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and follow through on tasks.
• Manage communications, membership database, and newsletters for the organization.
• Plan and coordinate annual meetings and represent CML at library events and legislative activities.

This role strengthens Maryland's libraries by empowering citizen advocates and ensuring library services remain a vital community resource.

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in technology software and social media.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; experience with volunteer boards preferred.

Part-time position at $30.00 per hour, approximately 15 hours per month. Mileage reimbursed. No benefits. Must have home office with sufficient hardware and software.
