Executive Director

• Provide executive leadership and organizational management, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
• Lead development and fundraising efforts, including major donor cultivation, grant writing, and campaign management.
• Manage financial oversight, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Serve as primary spokesperson and external relations lead, representing the organization to media, funders, and coalition partners.

This role ensures that abortion access remains a reality for Ohioans by leading an organization that provides direct financial support, legal navigation, and advocacy for reproductive freedom.

• Minimum five years of senior nonprofit leadership experience with direct staff supervision.
• Proven fundraising success across a $1.5M+ budget, including donor cultivation and grant management.
• Strong financial management skills and experience building organizational systems.
• Deep commitment to Reproductive Justice and experience in politically contested environments.

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 annually (nonnegotiable). Benefits include employer-paid health premiums, 12+ paid holidays, 28 days PTO, 10 sick days, 5 bereavement days, remote work stipends, 401(k) with 4% match, and 35–40 hour work week.
