Mission
What you will drive
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to a team of Executive and/or Administrative Assistants, including workload distribution, performance monitoring, and career development.
- Establish and uphold operational standards for scheduling, inbox management, travel bookings, meeting execution, and documentation, ensuring consistent best practices.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolve scheduling conflicts, and oversee onboarding and transitions of support resources.
- Provide calendar management, email triage, travel booking, and expense report reconciliation for a designated executive.
