Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and senior management staff.
  • Manage the Executive Director's calendar, email inbox, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, materials, and annual in-person board meeting.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the organization including purchasing, IT, data entry in Salesforce, and event planning.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role providing clerical and administrative support.
  • In-depth understanding of MS Office suite and other software applications for communication, teleconferencing, and project tracking.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual workspace, with flexibility and professionalism.

Full-time (40 hours/week), exempt position with benefits. Primarily remote with preference for Cleveland, OH area. Flexible schedule with core hours 10am-4pm Eastern. Travel required 2-3 times per year.
