Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the President, managing complex calendar, travel, and communications.
- Coordinate board materials, agendas, and follow-up actions to support board engagement and accountability.
- Serve as primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and requests.
- Contribute to organizational coordination, special projects, and system improvements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3-4 years of high-level administrative or executive support experience, preferably in nonprofit, political, or philanthropic settings.
- Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills; advanced proficiency with Outlook and Google Workspace.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information; proactive problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to social justice (gender, racial, economic) and cultural competency.
