Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the President, managing complex calendar, travel, and communications.
  • Coordinate board materials, agendas, and follow-up actions to support board engagement and accountability.
  • Serve as primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and requests.
  • Contribute to organizational coordination, special projects, and system improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3-4 years of high-level administrative or executive support experience, preferably in nonprofit, political, or philanthropic settings.
  • Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills; advanced proficiency with Outlook and Google Workspace.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information; proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to social justice (gender, racial, economic) and cultural competency.
