Mission
What you will drive
- Produce Windfall events end to end, from planning through on-site delivery and follow-up, including workshops, partner dinners, salons, and related convenings.
- Build production plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, and manage venues, vendors, budgets, contracts, materials, and participant logistics.
- Design and maintain operational infrastructure (playbooks, templates, vendor relationships, checklists) to allow Windfall to scale its convening work.
- Coordinate with co-conveners, host institutions, external agencies, and partner teams, and be on the ground for events managing setup, registration, room flow, speaker support, and troubleshooting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years producing high-quality events, convenings, workshops, roundtables, or executive meetings.
- Experience managing complex events end to end, including budgets, vendors, timelines, and on-site delivery.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and written communication.
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders, speakers, participants, and partners; willingness to travel internationally.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation: $95,000–$125,000 or local equivalent, depending on experience and location. Full-time (80–100%), fully remote with US or Europe preferred. International travel required.
