Events Producer

• Own the production of Windfall's events from planning through on-site delivery and follow-up.
• Build production plans, timelines, run-of-show documents and manage venues, vendors, budgets and logistics.
• Coordinate with program leads, co-conveners, host institutions and external agencies to deliver senior convenings.
• Lead on-site event management including setup, registration, room flow, speaker support and troubleshooting.

This role enables Windfall Trust to scale its convening work, bringing together senior leaders to drive positive change in effective altruism and high-impact areas.

• Experience in event production, including planning, logistics, and on-site management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage budgets.
• Experience designing templates, playbooks, and scalable processes.
