Events Officer

Coordinate planning and delivery of international events and workshops for a climate research NGO, managing logistics, budgets, and participant communications.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for researchers, policymakers, and event participants; manage event budgets and expenditure records.
- Support the biennial Degrees Global Forum and other workshops; coordinate registration, submissions, and supplier management.
- Provide administrative support to the Policy Engagement team: maintain contacts, draft correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage shared systems.
- Requires 2+ years' experience in events, administration, or project coordination; strong organisational and Microsoft 365 skills essential.
- Requires bachelor's degree or 3+ years' relevant professional experience; ability to travel internationally when required.
