Events Manager

• Own FundMiner's full conference calendar — research, evaluate, and manage proposals for industry events across Higher Ed, Healthcare, and Nonprofit sectors.
• Coordinate all pre-event logistics including booth design, branded merchandise, print materials, and shipping.
• Manage on-site presence end-to-end: booth experience, team schedules, speaking engagements, and hosted events.
• Support digital events program by coordinating logistics, production, and follow-through for webinars and virtual programs.

By ensuring FundMiner's effective presence at key industry events, this role helps fundraising organizations better measure, maximize, and communicate their impact, ultimately driving more resources to social good.

• 3–5 years of project management or events experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or related industry.
• Proven track record coordinating conference participation and digital/virtual events end-to-end.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom Webinars, ON24, or similar) and familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM/MAP.

Base salary: $45,000–$80,000. Benefits include remote-first approach, flexible and generous PTO (including annual winter break Dec 24–Jan 1), 100% company-paid medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, stock options, and paid parental leave.
