Events Lead

• Own end-to-end logistics for Crux’s presence at 50+ events annually, including booth design, vendor coordination, shipping, and team attendance.
• Support planning and execution of Crux-branded experiences from intimate dinners to multi-day events, ensuring alignment with brand voice and high aesthetic standards.
• Coordinate co-hosted partner events and manage swag/gifting production and distribution.
• Maintain and improve event operations playbook, track budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

This role directly supports the acceleration of clean energy infrastructure by enabling Crux to build relationships and drive capital deployment through high-impact events, contributing to a more prosperous, clean, and secure energy future.

• 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing in high-growth or B2B settings.
• Experience within finance or clean energy industries with familiarity with stakeholders and event landscapes.
• Based in NYC or DC with ability to travel ~10% of the time.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and strong attention to detail.

• Base salary between $125,000 - $145,000 depending on leveling.
• Company-wide bonus of $10,000 - $40,000 tied to revenue goals.
