What you will drive

  • Lead end-to-end event management for a national summit in Washington, DC, including project management, logistics coordination, vendor oversight, and onsite execution.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact with the hotel venue, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate attendee registration and communications.
  • Integrate accessibility, equity, and inclusive design principles into all planning and execution phases.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience planning and executing conferences or summits with 300+ attendees, preferably 500+.
  • Experience coordinating events involving elected officials, senior policymakers, or high-profile participants.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit and advocacy organizations, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures.
  • Demonstrated experience designing inclusive and accessible events.
