Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the assessment and tracking of institutional transformation across campus, workplace, and civic programs, applying criteria to evaluate exemplar organizations.
- Build and maintain a tracking system to monitor institutional progress, conduct check-in conversations, and synthesize cross-sector learning.
- Strengthen evaluation capacity across the organization by training staff, developing MEL resources, and ensuring data is used for decision-making.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree and 3-5 years of experience in evaluation, research, or program management in a nonprofit or mission-driven context.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with partners over time and facilitate training for adult audiences.
- Proficiency with data management, analysis, and communication to non-technical audiences; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Salesforce; authorization to work in the US.
