Evaluation Manager

• Lead the assessment and tracking of institutional transformation across campus, workplace, and civic programs, applying criteria to evaluate exemplar organizations.
• Build and maintain a tracking system to monitor institutional progress, conduct check-in conversations, and synthesize cross-sector learning.
• Strengthen evaluation capacity across the organization by training staff, developing MEL resources, and ensuring data is used for decision-making.

This role helps Interfaith America measure and amplify its impact by tracking how institutions become models of pluralism, enabling the organization to scale its work and demonstrate the power of interfaith cooperation for the common good.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in evaluation, research, or program management in a nonprofit or mission-driven context.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with partners over time and facilitate training for adult audiences.
• Proficiency with data management, analysis, and communication to non-technical audiences; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Salesforce; authorization to work in the US.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance (100% premium coverage for employee-only), retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
