Essentials Data and Finance Associate

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, including monthly NOI forecasts and annual budgets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conducting in-depth variance analysis of Net Operating Income and Capital Expenditures.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvement by automating routine reporting tasks using AI and other tools.

This role supports the financial planning and analysis that enables Prologis to build intelligent infrastructure for global commerce, contributing to sustainable supply chains and energy solutions that reduce environmental impact.

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
• Experience with AI and coding (e.g., ChatGPT, Python, SQL) is a plus.

Hiring Salary Range: $107,000 - $131,000. Benefits include healthcare, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation; generous PTO starting at 22 days per year plus paid holidays and volunteer time.
