Essential Operations Deal Desk Associate

• Lead structuring and execution of complex multi-product deals, ensuring pricing, underwriting, and contract terms align with margin targets and strategic objectives.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution from intake through close, including proposal development, approvals, and contract execution.
• Own and scale deal workflows through CLM and CRM systems, leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a central connector across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and IT to influence stakeholders and support national-scale deal execution.

• 4+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales operations, or related fields with a focus on deal structuring, pricing, or underwriting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience with CRM/CLM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience or strong interest in automation and AI tools (e.g., Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT) for scalable workflow design.

Hiring salary range: $104,800–$144,100 annually (plus bonus target). Full-time US roles include healthcare, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with 50% match up to 12% of eligible compensation, generous PTO (22 days/year starting), paid holidays, and volunteer time.
