Environmental Permitting Program Manager

• Lead environmental due diligence, permitting acquisition, and compliance activities for large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
• Develop and execute permitting strategies to support construction schedules and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, design, construction, and operations teams to ensure environmental approvals are obtained on schedule.
• Manage relationships with regulators, consultants, and project teams, and coordinate environmental impact assessments and surveys.

This role ensures that data center infrastructure projects are developed in an environmentally responsible manner, obtaining necessary permits and maintaining compliance to protect ecosystems and communities.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, chemical engineering, environmental science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of environmental permitting and approvals experience, including management of environmental impact assessments and regulatory approvals.
• 5+ years conducting environmental due diligence and risk assessments for greenfield and brownfield sites.
• Experience with mission critical facilities or large-scale construction projects and strong project management skills.

Annual base pay of $94,900 – $124,245 USD (or $45.62/hr – $59.73/hr). This is a full-time, remote limited-term role (12-month duration, possible renewal). Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life & disability insurance for eligible employees.
