Environment Practice Operation Leader - Remediation Focus - US West Region

• Drive project delivery performance, P&L forecasting, budgeting, and operational troubleshooting for the Environmental Remediation business unit in the US West Region.
• Oversee proposal approval, pricing support, resource management, risk assessment, and process improvement.
• Strengthen project management capabilities, supervise portfolio delivery leads, and coach project managers.

This role ensures efficient and effective environmental remediation projects, reducing pollution and restoring contaminated sites for communities and ecosystems in the US West Region.

• Experience in profit & loss management and operational performance of environmental remediation projects.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking skills.
• Ability to manage commercial risk, contract governance, and working capital.
• Leadership experience in coaching teams and driving high-performance culture.
