Employee Relations Advisor

• Manage complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and investigations
• Provide expert ER and employment law advice to managers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment law and company policies
• Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures

This role ensures fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices, strengthening manager capability and driving continuous improvement in ER outcomes, which supports a positive work environment and organizational effectiveness.

• Proven experience in Employee Relations within the UK and Ireland
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience handling complex ER cases and investigations
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
