Email Marketing Associate

• Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot, manage lists and segmentation in Salesforce and Pardot.
• Support forms and marketing automation, perform email quality assurance, and make routine HTML and WordPress updates.
• Maintain clear documentation of recurring processes and troubleshoot technical issues.

This role supports ACS's mission to strengthen democracy, protect rights, and advance a more just legal system by ensuring effective digital communications reach key audiences.

• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms (Pardot strongly preferred).
• Experience with CRM, membership, fundraising, or constituent databases (Salesforce strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML email production and troubleshooting.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently.
